The pool (7m x 14m) lies not far away from the apartments. It is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. A stone stair leads to the lawn with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas. The lawn is partly naturally shaded. The pool is not heated.

Table tennis. On the underlying terracing there is one more lawn where it is possible to play table tennis, volleyball, badminton or darts.

The barbecue. Behind the barn there is a nice gravel terrace that faces the pool.

Here at our guests’ disposal there are a big stone barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy the warm summer evenings with a BBQ.

Common room. Last but not least there is a separated building with a big bright room with toilette and air conditioning. Next to this room a kitchen for our cooking lessons. Here we have a small library with books in German, English, Italian and Dutch and some table games such as cards, memory, othello.

This room is normally used for breakfast, dinner and for courses.

If all apartments are rented by a group it is possible to have dinner or, on request, to use this space for self catering.

Laundry room. At our guests´ disposal there is a laundry room with washing machine (with charge) and an iron and an ironing board (free)

Lavender

blossoms are used to make a range of natural products: room-perfumes, soaps, honey and liquors. In November 2009 the lavender plants were replaced with sunflowers and corn.

Wine. The Podere I Gobbi is also surrounded by a large vineyard that produces a genuine red and white wine. The vineyard is tended by a tenant living in the neighbourhood and having himself a medium-size wine growing estate. Our wine and other wine sorts produced by him can be bought both at Podere i Gobbi or directly by "Azienda Agricola Agrisole".

Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is part of the property, although not directly adjacent an oliveta as well. We use our extra virgin olive oil in our dinners and cooking classes. Due to the little quantity produced the olive oil is not sold.
